MateLead provides a platform for social media content management, advertising, and influencer connections. As part of our services, we integrate with TikTok/Facebook/LinkedIn/X/YouTube to offer the following functionalities:

Content Management: Upload, manage, and schedule posts, videos, and other media.
Advertising: Create and manage advertising campaigns.
Influencer Engagement: Connect brands with influencers on these platforms.
These features allow users to access and manage their Soical media plateform content through MateLead’s platform.

2. User Eligibility

To use MateLead's services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid TikTok(or other SNS platform) account and agree to TikTok's terms and conditions(or other sns platform).
Provide accurate and complete information when using our platform.

3. SNS platform Integration

Through our platform, you can link your SNS platorm account to access and manage content, post videos, and view analytics. We use SNS platform’s API to provide these services.

3.1 SNS plateform API Access

To use SNS-related features, you will need to authenticate through these SNS plateform using OAuth 2.0. You will grant MateLead limited access to your these SNS platforms account, including:

Viewing your posts.
Posting content to on your behalf.
Managing campaigns and engaging with your audience.
You must ensure that your account remains in good standing and that you comply with all rules and regulations.

3.2 Data Usage and Privacy

MateLead respects your privacy and the security of your data. We collect data as part of your interaction with SNS platforms via our platform, and this data is used solely for the purposes of providing our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

By using our service, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your SNS-related data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

When using MateLead’s services, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including SNS platform’s Community Guidelines.
Not post any content that violates the rights of others, is defamatory, harmful, or offensive.
Not use our services for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, harassment, or harm to minors.
Be responsible for all content you upload or manage through SNS using our platform.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your MateLead account and SNS credentials. If you believe your account or credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

MateLead is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account caused by failure to secure your credentials.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MateLead's services if you violate these Terms or SNS’s policies. If your access is terminated, you will no longer be able to use our platform to manage your SNS account or content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MateLead shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our services, including any interactions with SNS platform via our platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or other mutually agreed-upon organization.
